Official Start of Season & Team Bonding Potluck

After countless miles on the roads/treadmill/grass, gym reps, pool intervals, yoga sun salutations & downward dogs over the summer practices, we are finally at the official start of the fall 2019 season this coming Monday, August 5th. This preseason period is very important as the first race of the season is just about a month away.

Practice

Practices are from 4 pm - 6 pm. MWF for Intermediates & Mon through Fri for JV/V. Intermediates can come to Tues & Thurs to make up days missed or just to get some extra training.

Those of you who have already contacted Coach Jack regarding trips, just keep up with our typical base runs & we'll see you when you get back. Contact Coach Jack if you have any questions.

There is a perfect potluck for the event. Sign up here: https://www.perfectpotluck.com/QGYP1998

We also need tables & tents; signups can be found through the perfect potluck link as well.

All runners and their families will be invited!  It will be a great opportunity to meet other XC families and for both teams to bond. Please do not feel obliged to attend for the entire time.  Feel free to come and go as necessary.
