This Saturday's meet at Kamehameha Schools Kapalama revolves around the lower & middle school campus. Please refer to the course map here. I've indicated where our team will gather between the elementary school and middle school buildings. We plan to set up under the shade of the buildings. Parking will be in the parking structure further up Bishop Drive; also indicated on the course map.
Note that the meet has been pushed up 30 minutes to mitigate the expected high heat index. Please refer to the schedule page for the timeline. We will start the team walk-through slightly earlier than usual to go over the course. Stay very hydrated and rested over Homecoming Friday.
This lower course is a fast & was the site of many ILH championships. In fact, our own Coach Jon won his ILH championship on this course when we were running. It should be a very exciting weekend with some good racing.
